Baraye was a one-year specialty coffee project developed inside the Rian Design Museum in Falkenberg, Sweden.

The project was built and operated independently, with responsibility across concept development, menu creation, daily service, accounting, supplier coordination, event organization, and team building. It functioned both as a café and as a meeting point within the museum environment.
